I really enjoy the vast variety of content that Brian offers. His voice is so calming, the books he's read are so easy for me to listen to. I listen to the activations every morning on my walks & I find them to be very helpful for changing my mindset from negativity to positivity. I have noticed a positive change in my resting thoughts since I started. I appreciate the consistency of new content as well, but if there's not a new episode there's a large back catalog you can dig into. It's a podcast you can find what you need & leave, or if you want to stick around for awhile you'll find more than you thought you ever would.

I do love this podcast - doesn’t hurt that Brian Scott has a soothing voice made for radio; but I think it’s the positivity and the message that lead me to loving this podcast.

I love listening to the different things presented on this podcast. I was a Spotify listener for years before they kicked Brian off of that platform. Super glad I found the podcast here! Spent the last few years digging into Paul Selig because of this podcast.
