What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I found Max through Science of Prevention back in 2020. Been following ever since, his story has enlightened me to be more preventative and intentional with my nutrition. Really appreciate all he’s shared and work he’s done to help us all improve our longevity . 💯

Pobear79 · May 2025

I found Max through Just Ingredients 2 years ago and since, have benefited so much from this content. Some episodes have honestly and thoroughly changed not just how I approach life, but created such a seismic impact on how I think, the past 58 years of my journey is now making sense; the mysteries veil has become thinner. All of my natural instincts, as relates to health and nutrition, are being supported by this content- and I’m just a menopausal heritage pig farmer with a side hustle of baking cookies- what do I know? Thank you Max!!

Old Piggy · Apr 2025

This show has changed my health and my relationship with food!! I’m in the best shape and free of so much confusion I had in the past! Thank you Max and team.

VetteFan239 · Apr 2025

I just want to say thank you! Ever since coming across your show my lifestyle has changed for the better. Learning not only about nutrition & fitness but also general wellbeing. This show has opened my eyes to everything below the surface level stuff you are taught. I have learned more from these podcasts than my nutrition courses in college!

Emilyduschene · Apr 2025

I’ve been a long-time listener and fan of Kelly and her podcast, which is why I was shocked and disappointed by this episode. I happened to listen randomly and was deeply unsettled by the agreement and support for RFK Jr.—a man whose dangerous misinformation about vaccines and public health undermines science and puts lives at risk. It’s disheartening to see trusted wellness voices normalize his views. I had to unfollow both after this.
