What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

My favorite part of Dr Jen’s platforms are how scientifically accurate her articles and stores are. When she recommends a therapy, a supplement, a device, it’s only after she has scientifically vetted the information for us. Most lay people are not familiar or do not recognize the value of a robust, scientific trial. What this means to us as listeners and readers is that she is presenting real data that has undergone robust clinical trials. It has been proven, and the results are replicable. No fluff; no tik tok science. Dr Ashton is double board certified and is knowledgeable across several specialties also making her women’s health knowledge unique and her knowledge vast.

I have learned so much from Dr. Jen over the years from her newsletter. Being a woman, the same age as me, she knows what I’m going through. No fluff, she gives to me straight, tells me why and what she recommends. It’s like a weekly discussion with my bestie!

Dr Jen is wonderful! She walks the walk and only recommends things that she has tried herself. So many doctors know very little about nutrition and exercise Dr Jen goes out of her way to be informed. She shares information that is real and useful.

MLBEd.D · Sep 2026

Nobody has had a greater impact on my health and wellness than Dr. Jen — her guidance, referrals, eye-opening conversations, all of it.
