Love the show, I’m so glad I found it. So many important guests with information we need to know to reclaim our health. One thing I would urge though, not to accept sponsors like Quaker Oats and Pepsi. They’re not supporting the goals listeners have.
The information presented is spot on and so important in an age of misinformation about health and nutrition
This was one the best interviews I’ve heard on this show. Gave me so much to think about and I agree with all her advice. I’m a huge coffee drinker but I absolutely think it is a hormone disrupter and whenever I cut back or switch to decaffeinated, I feel so much better. I also wear a CGM and have a good friend who is a type 1 diabetic who also wears a CGM. I just want to point out that our numbers after eating the same foods can be drastically different. So if her husband has extremely elevated insulin after eating fatty meat, it might not do that to someone with a normal insulin response.
This podcast has been a true game changer for me. Rina has a way of communicating so incredibly! One of many things I admire about the host she never interrupts the person she is interviewing. I have listen several podcast many times over because there is so much detail in these conversations. Thank you for work you do and helping so many people around the world. 🙏
Touting the carnivore diet to fix inflammation, hormonal dysregulation, heart disease, cancer, dementia, and mental health disorders is so dangerous and will kill many people. This is not remotely based on the vast majority of scientific evidence. Misinformation like this killed my father - he died of a heart attack while working out at his fitness facility - not realizing that exercise could not overcome a meat-centric dietary pattern. He never got to enjoy the retirement he worked so hard for or watch his granddaughter grow up.
