What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I have learned much from this podcast about nutrition and women’s health. The two I gained the most helpful advice from were Recurring UTI’s in Women and Why Alcohol is tougher on Women’s Health. Both motivated changes and in my life style. Thank you

While the podcast provides good information about nutrition, the hosts’ chatty style often gets monotonous. They seem to favor meat-based meals over vegetarian sources of protein. And they often plug supplements their company sells vs generic OTC supplements.

F Dorset · Oct 2025

In my most humble (yet extremely accurate) opinion, I believe this is absolutely the BEST nutritional podcast that exists right now! I have learned so much from this podcast, and it explains all the scientific facts in such a way that it makes me say, “Oh, I get it now; that makes sense!” Thanks to these ladies for all their hard work and efforts to help us all become healthier!

Low-tide Walker · Sep 2025

I just started listening and I’m learning so much. Already have reviewed my lab results and have questions for my Dr. We have to be aware of what these labs mean and what we can do to improve them!

TNhikerchick · Jan 2025

I have difficulty listening to these podcasts due to your voice changes. You have a beautiful voice and you present valuable information but you let your voice drop into a gravel sound at the end of each sentence.
