This podcast has made a huge difference for me in navigating my journey into menopause and dealing with stage 3 or 4 prolapse. It makes me cry sometimes, hearing the stories of other women because of their struggle but also because it’s such a big deal to not feel so alone in my experiences. I have learned so much here and feel prepared with the right questions for my physicians and therapist, and I know about other treatment options that even they have never heard of.

Kim Vopni IS a master at her craft and this Podcast! The subject matter covered here is invaluable to all women at all stages of life. It’s relatable and inspiring. It’s stunning to me at 59 to have gone through so many issues related to my pelvic floor to never have been spoken to about tools or strengthening. Thank you Kim for all of your work and passion around this and your Buff Muff App.

I have learned so much since finding Kim and her podcast and Buff Muff app. It’s so helpful to me and so encouraging. She is right after finding out about my prolapse I was afraid to do many things- like lift heavy stuff. Kim has helped me think differently about everything to do with my pelvic health. I am so thankful.

I read Kim’s book on the pelvic floor and have spoken with her on- line and taken many of her classes. She is a great speaker who I wish I’d come across years ago before having pelvic surgery that was unsuccessful. I have hope now in improvement that I wouldn’t have had seeing Dr.‘s about this.
