Love that I found a podcast that is for biohacking but also not afraid to share faith. Love that he shares his faith in GOD unapologetically and ties in health and family.
I’ve used numerous methods that Ben talks about for athletic performance. They’ve all been spot on and have helped me progress my career. I think most people who talk bad about this show are simply unhealthy beings and maybe need a foundational step forward first to see that these things actually do work. He’s ahead of the curve in a lot of topics. Things you hear today you’ll hear in 2-3 hears Huberman talking about. He’s ahead of them all in my opinion.
I’ve been a long time listener to you, Ben, I admire a lot of your content and guests, but you talk about yourself too much. There are times when it feels like you’re trying to ‘one-up’ your guests and it’s difficult for me to listen to and I want to turn it off. I don’t think you do this intentionally, which is scary, it just happens naturally for you. I’d like to keep listening but I’d love to hear you just ask pertinent and smart questions rather than tell us what YOU do. Let your guests tell us what THEY do and that’s it.
In a world of dietary dogma, exercise confusion, and spiritual dissortment, Ben brings unbiased, science supported information to listeners in a fun and unique way. From Ayurveda and exercise, to parenting and Ayahuasca, been has you covered with trips, trends and insights to elevate your life.
Ben is super smart and i love the way he balances an evidence based approach with a holistic (and low risk) one. However some guests he chooses seem scammy. Example- Dr Amie in an episode from Oct '25. No credentials listed, says she fixes thyroids, refers to herself as doctor when it's a phd in nutrition. Seems misleading: although i understand she can refer to herself as doctor however in this context it may be confusing for many listeners.
Now that RFK jr is in power Ben feels empowered to bring his antivaxer street cred to the forefront. His latest podcast is a mishmash of misinformation, innuendo and pseudoscience regarding vaccines. Ben makes the curios claim that vaccines don’t really prevent deaths. Trusted professionals estimate that vaccines save 4 million lives annually.
