What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Love Josh, Joelle and Alessandra! They have a wealth of knowledge about everything health and fitness related and are so fun to listen to. HIGHLY recommend if you are wanting to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

Hannah, mom of 5 · Jul 2026

Been listening for probably a year now and I love these 3. Every episode leaves me with protocol information and even better-encouragement. They clearly know their stuff but they also have such good hearts and you hear that through each episode. They give you encouragement with fitness and nutrition but also life and family. Definitely beyond fitness-more like overall wellness and sustainability for a healthy LIFE.

Hannah Solomon · Jun 2026

Love the genuine passion Alessandra, Josh and Joelle have! You can really hear their hearts behind the conversations they have. I especially love the tough love they show. Sometimes you need a voice of reason, Grit + Grace!

Kara Brinkerhoff · Mar 2026

I found this podcast through Instagram and have listened in the past few weeks. I like the variety of topics covered and depth of information. Only request (and this is for new listeners mainly), is an intro of the show and a snip of the team because sometimes it jumps right in). My fave episodes so far are Q/A!
