Thank you, Ed! Thank you for being such an incredible human and sharing so much inspiring content. Ed’s show has truly been such a gift to me. His wisdom and genuine love for people has been the encouragement and motivation I needed to completely change my life. I used his concept of the Power of One More to push through some of my business’s most difficult growth period. And I’m so glad I did! The business is thriving more than I could have ever imagined! Listening to his show, and seeing the amount it has helped me flourish in so many areas of life beyond just business… I hope one day I will have the opportunity to thank him in person. Everyone needs some encouragement from Ed Mylett in their life! God gave you such a beautiful gift to share, Ed!
I’ve enjoyed listening to this show every week, and go back to a few episodes I’ve saved to listen to on repeat. I have learned to use the mantra “One More” in many areas of my life, including teaching my kids about the Power of One More. This podcast is probably my all time favorite and brings so much positive value into my life and the people I interact daily. Thank you Ed Mylett for continuing to build your podcast library even though you don’t have to!
I've been listening to Ed for years, and I can honestly say he's the best speaker I've ever heard. He has a rare gift to simplify complex ideas, ask thoughtful questions, and bring out the very best in every guest. I leave every episode feeling like I've learned something practical that I can apply immediately. There are a lot of podcast. I enjoy but this one I consistently make time for. Ed doesn't know it....but I would be one of his best friends. Fellow introvert and I just love his humility and love for humans and animals alike!
I agree with the previous reviewer who mentioned constructive criticism in their title. Mr. Mylett’s show is incredibly biased toward Trump to the point where he seems to be unable to keep an open mind toward other viewpoints. I used to enjoy his podcast, and thought he truly wanted to help others, but over time it appears as if his main purpose with his podcast is to push his reality off onto others. Money isn’t everything Mr. Mylett. There are differing viewpoints in the world other than your own, and they are valid in their own right. I can accept your beliefs without agreement, and you should be able to do the same, especially with your platform where you are reaching out to offer advice to others.
I used to find myself very inspired by this podcast. Every once in a while, though, even the best of us can use feedback. I have noticed much fewer women are brought on and when they talk of their trauma, it gets cut off. It also seems like AI is being used to edit the material as the intro is played multiple times in many of the episodes. This last podcast episode, however, made me want to cry. Privilege is blinding, Ed. Your comment about the cab driver “not knowing trump” was disturbing to me. At the very least, it showed your bias and lack of insight to those whose safety are placed at risk as a result of him being in power. Meeting this moment in history matters. I understand the sentiment of not allowing others to disturb your peace, but the undertone of how you said what you said conveyed to me that you were bothered by their lack of empathy while you yourself didn’t show empathy for why someone might go as far to cut off their own family. Something that would be very difficult to have to do. You may decide to show empathy for Trump, but to expect others to do the same when they are actively being harmed by his actions is simply missing the moment. There is absolutely nothing godly about this administration and what they have done to our country. The hate being incited, the messaging, the active dismantling of our constitution. The division alone is what the Trump administration and even those behind him want. Have you ever read the book Attack From Within? Do you remember January 6th when police officers lost their lives defending the capital? Many killed themselves after experiencing that. It’s irresponsible to even make mention of him in your podcast in a sympathetic way. If you can’t see the progression of violence in this culture and the amount of change from the last decade having him in the political sphere, I don’t know what to say. As a young person listening to this podcast I am very disappointed. I hope you can be less focused on what someone can learn from you in the future and maybe open your heart and your ears and eyes more.
