I listen quite often to your podcasts, but this week listening to your chat with KC Davis I was struck once again that the mess I live in has taken over everything: my brain, my time, my relationships. KC mentioned ADHD as blocking the dopamine rush of a job well done, and I’ve never thought of it that way. I’m a firm believer that I was just part of the lazy people. I looked up her book, and found I’ve already bought it. Maybe now I’m ready to listen. And maybe soon I’ll be ready to believe it. Thanks for providing the variety of in-sites you do, I’ll keep listening for more.
This podcast is at the top of my list every week. It’s informative and fun listening. I love the host. He’s a combination of relaxed and energetic. 👍👍
I have forwarded this podcast to so many of my friends. Your episodes are FANTASTIC, informative, and even life-changing! Anyone who starts listening will want to binge the entire podcast.
I love the content of this show. I binged the first 13 episodes this weekend. There are a few people complaining about the ads, but you can fast forward or skip those. So I don’t see that as a problem. I enjoy the content. Chris, you are a great interviewer and I love the guests on this show so far. I’m going to continue listening.
So. Many. Ads. Completely takes you out of the episode so frequently. Won’t be listening again as I don’t like being pushed to subscribe just to enjoy more than 5 minutes of an episode without hearing yet another commercial.
I really wanted to like this show, and be a better person, but there was so many commercials that I never really got to listen to the content of the shows. It’s too distracting to have to go through all those commercials just to hear the content that ends up being much less than what you thought it would be. I gave up and I’m onto a different podcast.
