The Eat Build Sculpt Podcast

by Kassie Beth

Eat Build Sculpt is a podcast for women 35+ who want direct, clear guidance on what it actually takes to build the body and the confidence they want. Hosted by Kassie, a certified personal training and nutrition coach through NASM who specializes in body recomposition for women nearing their 40s and beyond, this show is the clarity you've been needing. It's for women who are done with extreme dieting, endless cardio, and the old diet culture playbook. Each week, Kassie breaks down the science of body recomposition — how to lose fat, build muscle, and get the lean, defined look you want in a way that actually supports your hormones, metabolism, and long-term health. This isn't a show about shrinking. It's about building a stronger, more capable body that works for you — one that looks good, feels good, and doesn't require you to white-knuckle your way through restriction and burnout to maintain it.If you want visible definition, more energy, and confidence you've never had before, this is the place for you. No fluff, no quick fixes, just the straight science-backed truth about what it actually takes to change your body at this stage of life.

What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

In a world that’s shrinking around me, I began to feel really hopeless I would ever reach my goal of a strong, healthy, fit body. I started to believe that it was going to come down to a choice of taking measures that I knew could compromise my health, or accept that my progress would be stalled forever at “strong but fluffy”. Then I found Kassie’s IG. I connected immediately with her no BS approach and her passion for helping women over 35 cut through the noisy trends and get back to the numbers. Now listening to the podcast, these are some info packed minutes! I feel like my understanding of health and fitness has grown more in these minutes than in my 40 years of life prior. I’m finally feeling focused and the body I want feels accessible to me. Thank you Kassie!

I recently started following Kassie on Instagram and have been listening to her podcast. I love the way she presents inflammation, very straightforward, short episodes, but really makes it relatable. She has great information and really talks about the simplicity of things and tells it like it is. I love hearing about her story. I love that she’s also in her 40s experiencing similar things as women in that age group. Highly recommend
