Adam Schmehl · Jul 2026

This podcast was NOT love at first listen for me but in 2 years, I don’t think I’ve missed a single episode! Their breakdown of real science and ability to apply it to athletes producing real results keeps me coming back. I learn something new and get a good laugh every time!

Running science nerd · Jun 2026

I’ve been listening to this podcast since day 1- it’s just the best and I look forward to the episode every week. Their book The Happy Runner is also fantastic- I’ve shared passages of it with my running group

Bethany Hagensen · May 2026

I’ve been listening to this podcast to understand fitness and running. What’s crazy is all the other things you get along the way. These two have incredible chemistry. Megan is so wonderful and smart. They read EVERYTHING related to the science of sport and package it perfectly for your consumption. They have shown us that if you put your truth out in the world, sometimes your dreams come true. Love wins!

Etopia999 · Apr 2026

Hi there, I listen to the podcast regularly and really enjoy the banter, science, knowledge, and running-related discussion. It’s a show I genuinely look forward to. That said, I come to this podcast as a way to step away from world events and politics—regardless of viewpoint. I already have specific podcasts I listen to for political and government-related content. Since this is a podcast centered on running, I’d really appreciate keeping the focus there, without integrating political or government news or commentary. I imagine many listeners feel the same way. This isn’t meant to be harsh at all—just honest feedback from a regular listener. Thanks for everything you do and for putting out a great show. Best, Jeff
