The Drop

by Believe in the Run

A running podcast from Believe in the Run, The Drop is brought to you by hosts Thomas Neuberger, Robbe Reddinger, and Meaghan Murray. But this isn't your typical running podcast– we'll talk about running (of course), but also discuss a wide range of topics, from pop culture to pigeons (not real) to picking up trash here in Baltimore. We also interview elite athletes, industry insiders, musicians, coaches, and more. Follow along as we also discuss our own running highs and lows, as well as our favorite shoes and gear.

What listeners say

Love the show! As a runner in a small town I run alone. There are no running clubs or ways to be involved in the “ running community” that so many runners praise for being the reason they love the sport. So when I head out for my long runs on Saturdays I love to have the chatter of this podcast in my ears. Thank you for entertaining me!

BITR is the best podcast for all things running. Shoe and gear reviews, news on upcoming race events, race recaps, and a lot of humor. Great dynamic between the hosts Thomas, Meg and Robbe. Love the check ins! Really enjoyed the guest check in this past week from Firm Believer, Lin!

APiddy24 · Apr 2024

Wonderful podcast to listen to while walking/running. All three host bring their own unique perspective and the review of shoes are super helpful.

Hands down the best podcast around right now. The chemistry of the hosts is unmatched and a welcome addition to my podcast rotation. The randomness and sidetracked nature is completely relatable and hilarity ensues almost every episode. Keep up the great work

Not sure what’s happened but a show about running and their influencer life, that was entertaining, has become chock full of medical misinformation and conspiracy theories. Maybe the old “no birds” joke became real or their hoping for a Rogan audience. In the new studio someone should write “podcasters that aren’t doctors should not give uniformed medical advice”. Seriously, I listened since its inception, watched the videos and participated in grit and this is tough. The running community practically runs on alternative medicine scams and that’s bad enough. If you try to fix an ankle with magic, maybe the worst is your out $20. Having people breezily spout nonsense that could literally kill someone if they listen to it instead of their doctor is not ok. Saying something is bad, based on uniformed opinion one week and then sorta saying you didn’t mean it the next, but then sorta doubling down again does not absolve the potential damage done. I like these guys (and gal) and will still watch the YouTube reviews bc they are qualified to talk about that. As for the pod, it’s not enough to fast forward pass the woo and misinformation. It’s time for me unsubscribe.
