Running · Ali Feller
by Ali Feller
Every week on the Ali on the Run Show, I talk with inspiring people who lead interesting lives on the run and beyond. And while running is what brings us all together, on these episodes, we're digging a little deeper. These conversations are about the decisions people have made to get where they are today, and how getting sweaty has factored in. Whether you're on the run toward something great or away from something that's holding you back, join me on this never-ending adventure, and let's all pick up the pace together.

So it feels weird to me that Ali and I aren’t actually friends IRL. Her style is so relatable and approachable, you forget that you’re just one of millions listening to her and not on the phone with a bestie. Also, since she is so accessible, I often overlook what an awesome interviewer she is. She makes guests super comfortable and really allows for honest and vulnerable conversations. I am a *below* average runner but stick with it, in part, because Ali continues to remind me what a fun, supportive sport this is.
I've been an avid reader of Ali's blog and was so excited when she announced a paired podcast was coming! It has not disappointed. Ali is engaging with her guests, digging deep while still keeping things lighthearted and fun. Perfect run fodder for my ears :) Update 9/1/26 This show continues to be such a delight! I’ve loved hearing Ali’s journey with running and life, she gives such a vulnerable look into her life alongside excellent and professional running content. Once a listener, always a listener!
Ali’s interviews (and solo episodes) are what get me out the door for my run every day!! Honestlyu Ali, you can NEVER release too many episodes. Whenever I’m all caught up, I just scroll through super-old episodes to find something new, or replay an old favorite. Please never stop this podcast, I’m way too co-dependent.
I’ve been an intermittent listener for a while but the recent Ask Ali podcast has turned me into a convert for running with a podcast! Not only did my run fly by, but she gives great advice and insight into all the things. As a super slow runner she still makes me feel like part of the running community.
Was a listener for nearly 10 years but recent political commentary has been completely off-putting. With so many people supporting Ali over the years, it’s crazy how she ostracizes half of her audience and puts people down who think differently than her. Also the format of the show has lost its flair. I’ve always rooted for Ali but it’s definitely time to move on.
