The only problem with this podcast is that it doesn’t come out on a daily basis. Truly the perfect pair with the perfect blend of content. Get used to laughing out loud to yourself. Skip therapy and listen to this podcast once a week instead.
They gave the funniest duo on Citius Mag a pod. Ricky Roxford finally has his stage. Was always a fan when Erik would pop up on Track Talk or at Paris. Glad Aiesha and Ricky started this up. Their humor is great, and I love the unfiltered takes.
Off The Rails is what every runner wants in a conversation between running friends. Varied topics, seemingly completely unrelated that fold into a conversation with lots id laughs between track and field and road racing news updates. Fantastic, love this show.
These two are hilarious and informative. A must listen every week.
