What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I just started getting back into running after working through an IT band injury. I’ve listened to so many running podcasts and have found this one to be the most straightforward and practical. Thank you!!

Goat11334 · Aug 2026

I’ve never run as part of a team or had a coach or anything, so I’m always kind of anxious that I’m just doing everything wrong. This podcast has been really informative with lots of practical strategies & tips for leveling up! There are sometimes some terms or running-world name-drops that I have to look up, but for the most part the hosts are good about explaining what they’re talking about.

mollsballs89 · Aug 2026

I’ve enjoyed listening to you both while running on the tm or driving. I had no idea caffeine was a glycogen reset post run! I just keep learning more and more, giving myself more tools for my toolbox to test out and see how it fits me. Really enjoyable fact finding and commentary! Highly recommend.

Deniese Degges · Jul 2026

This show has really helped me level up as a runner. Great topics, expert insight and I appreciate that the hosts stay focused on the topic at hand. Thanks for sharing your expertise and experience!
