I absolutely love this podcast! I found Tara when I started strength training last year, and have been following her on social media ever since. I’m in my 30’s and have 2 little kids, and Tara was just so refreshing to listen to no follow on instagram - she’s so real, inspiring, and her energy really resonates with me. I’ve learned so much from this podcast - and not just about working out! She helped me fall in love with lifting heavy things and I honestly can’t ever imagine stopping, it’s changed my life.
