The host mentioned in a recent episode suffering a panic attack - could it be from putting herself under the immense stress of such an obsessively regulated diet and workout regimen? The information put out on this podcast is speculative and restrictive. On the bright side, Hannah sounds quite genuine and to have good intentions. But she regularly makes false claims (e.g., “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result”; or assertions about peptides that are not supported by research). I hope she recognizes how her disordered relationship with food and exercise could be dangerous to young impressionable women and girls. We shouldn’t be shrinking ourselves in 2026.
