As a music nerd, I’ve always been deeply affected by music and have grown up learning instruments and even studied it in college. I have always wondered what makes music so powerful. This episode illuminated so many wonderful things about music that I didn’t realize. You explained complex things so plainly and answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Now I have a musical prescription for impacting my mind and body with music. Thank you!

The thing I appreciate most about this podcast is that I am learning from credible individuals who have credentials in their field of expertise. I’m not listening to quacks who sell health products telling me about how badly I need to buy their product. I’m not listening to influencers tell me about internal systems of my body in a way that even they don’t understand. It is real, digestible information that is presented in a way that is easy to understand but maintains its academic integrity. 10/10!

Thank you for effectively communicating in a relatable way! We have learned so much. Your guests are knowledgeable & interesting. You cover a great variety of health related topics. You have excellent interviewing skills. I really like how you break things down, simplify, refer to prior episodes, show notes, studies & so much more. We share your podcasts among family members. I also refer certain episodes to some of my health professionals/friends. Keep up the great work. Thank you for making resources available on a zero cost basis, too.

Don’t make the same mistake that I did and purchase premium to get access to episode transcipts. It appears that transcripts are more consistent for older episodes but many of the recent transcripts are missing: As of 12/5/23, there are 70 episodes in 2023 and transcripts are only available for 8 of them.

As a doctor, I think someone needs to throw up a red flag on the peptide podcast — it was repeatedly stated that there are “no side effects” to these peptides. It was also repeatedly normalized to take peptides that have no human trials and some of which are literally banned. When it came up that one causes anaphylaxis, you guys made a JOKE about it and moved on very quickly. That’s absolutely incredible. There was no balance to this discussion whatsoever, and yet it was repeatedly stated that listeners should trust this doctor who is obviously Andrew’s friend. This podcast has taken a very dangerous turn from focusing on evidence based habit change.
