What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I love listening to K & L. This podcast and their content have given me so much hope and perspective since i started listening almost 2 years ago. They bring such interesting opinions to a variety of conversations and I believe they are sharing details with their audiences authentically with natural boundaries for their own sanity and protections. I do find that the guests are often repeated on other pods within the same realm (Sahara Rose, Real Foodology, etc) usually within a few days of one another which can feel repetitive but i think L&K do the best job at asking different questions and engaging the guests in a way that feels authentic and friendly. I’d love to hear more about what’s happening in current life (without getting too political) because i think a lot of people are looking for solice and real connection right. I think people look to A30 for refreshing perspectives to carry with them every day and sometimes you have to have the hard/uncomfy conversations (which these ladies are no strangers too) and i think listeners would appreciate the “reality check” and feel seen. Truly, thank you for this podcast and the work you’re doing. I’m forever grateful 🩷

I absolutely love Almost 30!! This podcast is the perfect mix of relatable conversations, personal growth stories, and humor! Each episode leaves me inspired and motivated to live my best life!! 10/10!

KatherineRoseWoller · Feb 2025

The last catch up episode was so so so good!!! Laughed so hard, related to everything they talked about. I love the banter, brings reality and authenticity to spirituality and dating.

Ashley Zuppas · Jan 2025

I used to LOVE this podcast and was such an avid listener! Lately, I’m feeling like it’s out of touch and not relatable to life and the world at hand. Would love the podcast to touch on bigger issues within the world- to paint the content being discussed in a broader context. That’s really important for me as a listener. I’m also concerned by how conservative some of the hosts’ perspectives have gotten.

Brooke_OB · Jan 2025

It’s taken me a while to figure out what has been feeling off about this podcast and I think I figured it out. It’s undeniable that Krista and Lindsey are transparent and vulnerable about their personal lives, which is awesome, but this show feels hubristically detached from anything outside of their own sphere of being. It just feels so insulated and devoid of feeling for anything that’s not related to Oneness, narcissism, Krista’s obsession with her body and finding a man, the masculine, the feminine, etc. It’s starting to feel dated. Everything just feels like a throwback to the 2010s. Obviously it’s their show and they can do whatever they want but there’s been a growing number of people becoming highly suspicious of hollow spiritual people lately. There’s nothing fresh. Nothing new. Just vapidness being recycled and spouted out over a mic. Solipsistic mush!
