What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Being a sober fit girl in my 40s (also a hairstylist who’s totally into fashion and all things girlie), Arielle and her podcast has been my go to each week for years. Her content, yes has the same throughline, but varies with each guest in the best way. I’m always left feeling inspired, never like I’m “missing the mark” like some information I intake can do.

TaraStriet · Aug 2026

This is my favorite driving podcast; arielles voice is relaxing to me and I love the wide variety of guests. I have to say though, my favorite guests are the ones that bring out arielles silly/bff vibes (like Clayton Hawkins)!

sadesdubs · Aug 2026

I LOVE how science based this podcast is. No woo-woo bs like the Wellness Process… all of Arielle’s guests are so knowledgeable and the conversations are super interesting. I’ve learned a ton about health and wellness through this podcast, and knowing that the information is actually backed by clinical data is really cool.

nycmamaof2 · Aug 2026

Arielle fosters a real sense of community by sharing vulnerable while always maintaining her standards of integrity about beauty, nutrition, and healing. I've loved so many of her recommendations and appreciate her newly simplified approach that still has space for exploring trends in wellness.

embowlden77 · May 2026

Most of the recent episodes are about skin and Botox and it’s extremely repetitive. I used to love when there was more variety in guests and Arielle did raw solo episodes that felt real. Now it lacks depth

eew1515 · Jul 2026

I like the content of Arielle’s podcast but it’s getting hard to listen to with the weird audio. I don’t know if it’s how she talks, the position of the mic, or how it’s produced but part of a word comes out in a whisper and the other part of the same word is incredibly loud.
