What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Every single time—no matter what I’m moving through—I turn on an episode of The Life Stylist Podcast and something shifts. It starts with the music. The second it hits, my nervous system just… exhales. Then it’s like I’m sitting right there in the studio with Luke and his guests—listening to real people having honest, grounded, deep conversations. Not surface-level noise. Not performative. Just truth, curiosity, and ideas that actually make you think and feel. We need more of this. More depth. More real conversations. More space to just be and explore what actually matters. Thank you, Luke, for creating that—and for inspiring me in more ways than I can count.

Lynn Everhart · Apr 2026

I stumbled upon this podcast during some of my darkest days by researching self love. I immediately LOVED the content and would listen to old episodes for hours on end, soaking it all in. I finally felt understood. At the age of 26 I finally found healthy guidance for life’s challenges, which I never received before. I am 29 now and still listen regularly. I have since learned an unimaginable amount of information and I have completely grown into a different person on so many levels of spirituality, self control, self love, connection with god, strength, boundaries and true to the core HAPPINESS. Luke and his guests have been an absolute staple in this journey and I appreciate their words more than I can explain. I recommend 1000%.

Thank you for all of your great content and knowledge. I listened to you for a while and always get so much information and inspiration from you and your guests. Episode 649 was absolute fire!! I really resonated with the topics and insights. You and Daniel put things into such an easy to understand perspective. It gave me a lot to ponder and is something that will help me to navigate this crazy but amazing world we get the opportunity to be a part of. Keep doing what you do because it helps so many people including myself. Thanks again and bless you and all of those around you.

Brian Stowers · Feb 2026

Super interesting topics and guests. I love that a lot of them are outside of the mainstream narrative. My only criticism is that the host talks too much and repeats himself - I find myself fast forwarding whenever he speaks.
