I’ve been following you through social media and learning about nicotine. Decided to listen to your podcast and the harmful effects of alcohol just POPPED out at me. I’m 2 months sober and this podcast solidified my decision to quit. Just shared it with my family. Thank you so much for bringing truth.

Dr Ardis is very knowledgeable and thorough, he delivers his message in a practical way that us blue collar guys can understand 😂
He’s extremely trustworthy in my opinion, I’ll continue to follow/ support his work.

Love the content of this podcast. 100% support and advocate for this content. HOWEVER, I almost have to resort to reading the transcript instead of listening because of the way Dr Ardis speaks. I don’t understand why it’s a theatre, super-animated, juvenile like delivery you choose Dr Ardis. I am thankful you do this work, but it’s very difficult to listen to an entire podcast/interview in the way you speak.

I heard of Dr. Ardis about a year ago and recently found the podcast when I was looking for more information on nicotine use for long-covid (5 years later, I still do not have my sense of smell back). That episode led me to listening to, and loving, many others. Having had a daughter diagnosed with LYME (NO “s”) disease, and spending thousands out-of-pocket to treat it holistically, I was very interested in getting his information on Lyme. I was immediately put off as he spelled it out, “no, not limes, but L Y M E apostrophe S.” What?!?! He then goes on to talk about how doctors are lying to us about “lyme’s” (it was nails on a chalkboard for me every time he said that) and that there are less ticks now than there used to be (FALSE, come to New England, hunt and kill a turkey, deer, or moose- they are literally *covered* in ticks and mice help spread them). He talks about how doctors are lying to use and calling these symptoms Lyme when they’re not - again, FALSE! I had to fight for my daughter’s diagnosis and insurance companies don’t want to pay and doctors don’t want to diagnose! I saw a holistic doctor and paid out of pocket for a specialized Lyme panel to find out my daughter had both Lyme and babesiois. There was a confirmed tick bite, but her “regular” pediatrician did not want to treat. Dr. Ardis, please correct your information on Lyme - take it down, or talk to a Lyme literate homeopathic doctor before you go speeding stuff like this please. You are doing a great disservice to the people that have had to fight for a diagnosis because the mainstream medical community does not want to diagnose it. Very disappointed!!!

Well that was a waste of my time, the episode you did about the bird flu and why people should not be afraid of it. While I agree there is no need to fear, yet, you have done a terrible job here. You explicitly stated that sea mammals did not get the bird flu? Are you crazy? Are you really a doctor? Have you seen the first hand accounts? I’ve read countless studies done on the massive amount of mortality in sea lions and seal populations, primarily in South America. They absolutely had bird flu and they died terrible deaths. They know they had the virus because they isolated viral samples from tissue from the dead animals. This is all public knowledge. You should know better. H5N1 has surpassed all known assumptions of this virus and there is reason to be concerned, but not panicked. I do agree that the powers at be wouldn’t shy away from a chance to use that situation to their advantage, but that doesn’t mean the virus isn’t a true threat. If you use your platform to spread lazy falsities you are just as bad as the people you are trying to vilify. Do some actual research.
