What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I just listened to Jason interviewing Dr Wendy B on how adding more food to your diet may be beneficial - esp when the food has healthy fats and fiber like avocados. Jason is an excellent interviewer who asks very relevant questions in a direct and clear manner. I learned a lot from this interview. Mind Body Green is my favorite health podcast to listen to.

I’m finally taking a moment to write a review after many, many years of listening. MBG has been my go-to podcast for many years and it only gets better and more thoughtful. Jason asks the right questions and keeps a healthy perspective on practical information vs. fear or information overload.

I’ve been listening to this podcast for maybe 10 years. I’ve always loved it. Sadly the advertisements now sound like commercials on television, and it ruins the whole vibe of the podcast. It’s unfortunate. I never minded when the podcast hosts would read the advertisements themselves, but now having Commercials intertwined, I just feel like I’m watching television.

Such a good podcast and message. It was simple and easy to understand. Sometimes the podcasts talk about real specific details and it’s difficult to understand and digest. This was a great basic message about the importance of muscle Loved it

Park Itunes · Apr 2025

I picked a random episode to listen to (I believe Dr. Vora), maybe I need to listen to more but I am overall confused at her message. First of all she recommends eating bacon and cooking things in bacon grease, when bacon is perhaps the one food every study can agree is carcinogenic. Her list of foods she recommends is heart-attack fuel and I worry for people who don’t know much about nutrition to take her advice. She also says having anxiety is a super power, I get the unique spin on it, however to most people that have an anxiety disorder, we don’t want to hear to incorporate it into our lives, that’s impossible to do. It seems this woman hasn’t ever really experienced panic attacks or debilitating anxiety, so why is she the expert on the subject? I don’t know that I will continue to listen if these are the types of professionals who are on this podcast.
