Truly, one of my favorite podcast! I look forward to each week’s releases. Very honest and raw. And a little bit of everything—health and wellbeing!
Not every episode is an instantaneous yes, but there’s something special here. This sweet and sensitive host really grows on you and does the podcast. Solo shows are exceptionally juicy and worthy of sharing.
I love this podcast - Elizabeth’s voice and personal story are so relatable and approachable. Over the last couple years I have listened to many episodes and absolutely love the guests she brings on. The subject matter is perfect for anyone just trying to understand themselves better and learn how to step more into their purpose. While focused on wellness, TWP content is varied and always interesting. I love her open minded approach and I think it brings out the best in her guests. Feels like chatting to a friend. A+, keep killing it!
The Wellness Process with Elizabeth has been life changing for me. I’ve been struggling with my mental health since I was young and listening to these episodes has opened my eyes to self care routines that have significantly impacted my daily life. It has also made me feel like I’m not alone in this world when it comes to mental health struggles. TWP is now part of my self care routine and I look forward to learning with every episode.
This podcast feels completely disconnected from reality. The host speaks with absolute confidence about topics they clearly don’t understand, dismisses real-world concerns, and treats personal opinions like undeniable facts. Instead of thoughtful discussion, it comes across as an echo chamber filled with out-of-touch takes and zero self-awareness. On top of that, constantly linking or promoting $500+ clothing as if it’s relatable to the average listener just makes the disconnect even more obvious and absurd. What’s most frustrating is how often legitimate criticism or different perspectives are brushed off as if everyone else is the problem. A good podcast challenges ideas and connects with listeners & this one feels more like listening to someone rant from a bubble they’ve never stepped outside of. I kept hoping for nuance, accountability, or even basic relatability, but it never showed up. If you enjoy hearing someone confidently miss the point over and over again while pretending luxury excess is normal, maybe this is for you. Otherwise, there are far better podcasts that actually engage with reality.
I found this podcast last year and really enjoyed Elizabeth’s personality and discussions of her health journey with education on tools she has used along the way. Unfortunately, overtime the podcast has changed to become more self-indulgent and a turn off to her general audience. I found myself starting to turn off podcasts a quarter of the way through and realized it’s because we’re missing the health and wellness, and getting more of the influencer fake-perfect lifestyle, and display of wealth, without substantial acknowledgement of privilege. Naturally people will compare themselves to her health story, but the truth is it’s becoming unattainable and frankly depressing as a “normal” person to listen to this podcast, and follow her on Instagram the more she posts private jets and influencer resorts…
