I have been following the Burn Fat with Your Brain podcast for 1 year. I made a daily food plan and I mostly followed it. I eat food that I like and I pay attention so that I don’t overeat. I have lost 38 pounds. This podcast was my whole support system. I listened while on the treadmill or on my outdoor walks. I can honestly say that I am not afraid of any food. I know what full feels like. I know how I want to feel after a meal or snack. This time I took control of my food. I decided what to eat and how much I wanted to eat. I lost weight slowly at first and then more quickly as time went on. And this weight loss is permanent. I know that for sure. Food freedom IS all that it’s cracked up to be. When you decide to take control of your own weight loss, let Maggie and Ryan help you achieve your goal.

I initially found out about this podcast via TikTok, watching small clips. I’ve listened to all of the episodes. I’ve found them helpful, even the early sustaining keto episodes, and I’m not keto. The fact that Maggie and Ryan also struggle makes this podcast more relatable. If they can do it, we can do it too. Maggie once said, nobody ever regrets NOT eating the cookie in the morning. That one statement has been huge for me and saved me countless poor food choices. I like to listen to the podcast during my workouts and I’m starting over again just because I like what they have to say and their voices are calm, soothing and now familiar. Kind of like rewatching one of your favorite movies.

This podcast has helped me so much. It helped me with my eating disorder and discovering the ideas around discipline with food and hunger cues. I would listen to it before bed every night. Recently I have started re-listening because life went from so good to not so good. But I can say this podcast is comforting and honestly eye opening. It helps me Identify the problems within certain diet communities and work on genuinely looking out for my health.
