I recently discovered this podcast after hearing Libby’s interview on Good Life Project w/ Jonathan Fields. What a gift! I was thrilled to find a show with walking as the focus, because I’ve spent the past year combining the gift of walking with my own podcast. Hearing Alex and Libby share their experiences gives me great joy. Knowing that there are kindred spirits working through life by simply putting their two feet to the ground is deeply comforting and inspiring. Your relationship is authentic and loving and your communication is honest and clear. Women need to hear other women communicating and supporting each other in all of these ways; thank you for modeling this. I also thoroughly enjoy the guests you’ve brought onto the show. Libby’s book and this podcast came along at a time in my life when I had found walking as a kind of deep meditation and way to work through my emotions. For the first time someone was articulating all the profound changes within me physical, mental, emotional and spiritual that were evolving from my walking practice. Alex and Libby always share so open heartedly. I come away from these conversations feeling like I have just had a profound conversation with close friends. We can all of us, use more connection in this world.
