I love listening to this podcast but it is extremely hard to hear. Especially Gary’s voice most of the time when he speaks quietly. I have to turn my volume all the way up and still struggle to hear it. I don’t have that problem with any other podcast. Please adjust your sound settings!

I have been listening to Gary Brecka for six months now and have taken his diet advice to heart. Now my IBS is completely gone. I have also instituted a couple of his supplement suggestions- methylene blue and methylated b12. I feel great.
I just wish Gary would learn the word palatable (pleasant to taste) rather than palpable (able to be touched or tasted). He talks about highly processed foods being “palpable” in multiple podcasts. I am surprised his producers haven’t called this out.

Gary, these podcasts that I listen to on my walks have been great. Learning so much and you are sure to break down the science so even guys like myself know what you are talking about.
Shows with Kristen Holmes- sleep consistency, Mink Chawla-new innos, Devon Levesque-real strength, and of course Dr Hyman on Ultra Processed Foods were uplifting, informative and help us all achieve our own Ultimate Human.

The last few blogs and shows have been more about selling products, and solutions versus actually helping those that want to live healthier. The recent female bio-hacking with K. Barnes was pretty bad. It wasn’t helpful advice for any common woman at all. She is telling the listeners she has two saunas, hyperbaric chamber and does all of these labs tests, e.g. like the Total Toxic Burden test which runs an average of $999.00 which is NOT covered by typical insurance. What happened to the Brecka shows that use to promote both products and natural solutions with little to no cost?
I think I’ll probably switch back to listening to Huberman Lab, he does a great job not filling his podcasts with expensive products. I’m starting to wonder if Brecka isn’t more of a promoter of the “next thing” vs an actual holistic helper. But, he was working for life insurance before this, so I guess this shouldn’t be surprising.

This guy seems very well spoken and has a lot of confidence in his statements. Unfortunately, in the episode I listened to,(The bioavailability of meat) he doesn’t link any studies to back up his points, he just says “Studies Show” and then whatever his point is. Without linking the studies he’s referring to, it’s just more ‘everything you’ve been told is WRONG, but I have the answer’ kind of stuff. In this specific case I have seen at least 2 studies that directly contradict his statements, but whatever. Maybe his other shows actually list out the studies he’s referring to? Anyway, I’ll just delete this from my library and go on with my life.
