I like her podcast but the last few months it’s been only about her pregnancy. I understand she is excited but it’s just getting a little boring to listen to and I find myself skipping her episodes now. I appreciate all the information for pregnancy but it’d be nice to hear about other topics too.
Realfoodology has become my new favorite health and wellness podcast! Courtney does a great job delivering meaningful information without the clickbait or fear-mongering some other podcasts seem to have. She takes a very calm and relatable approach. I am also pregnant so I have loved listening to her talk about her pregnancy and being able to relate to her symptoms so I don’t feel so alone.
It was a pleasure to join Courtney on Realfoodology. She asked thoughtful and relatable questions that made it easy to explore complex topics like toxins, mold, MCAS, and functional medicine in a clear and empowering way. Courtney created a warm space for both science and real-life application, and I appreciated her genuine curiosity and commitment to helping her listeners feel informed, supported, and hopeful. A meaningful conversation and a wonderful host.
Courtney brings amazing information and guests on her podcast. I love how she presents information and asks questions I’ve been dying to ask myself. I am so thankful she puts in the work on a broad range of helpful subjects.
Tells everyone to “seek the truth” outside of their “echo chamber,” yet she only exists in the world of Fox News & other right wing media personalities. She’s the ultimate gaslighter, operating under the guise of “imagine being against making America healthier?” while sowing distrust in any science that doesn’t fit her narrative. It’s disappointing to find someone who I agree with on many things regarding our broken food system yet feel like I can’t trust her information based on her extremely slanted perspective. If she were actually a “critical thinker,” she would be critical of this administration too.
