Mental Health · iHeartPodcasts and Reasoned Choice

S.E. Cupp needs a break -- from the news, from politics, from the triggering headlines and heated discussions … from the mental load of it all. Off the Cupp is just that. It’s a place to get loose and personal, to talk about what’s going on in our lives - beyond (and, yes, maybe because of) the news. Through a lens of mental health, S.E. invites her famous guests — celebrities, athletes, authors, journalists, politicians, reality stars — to share their life stories, their trials and tribulations and to talk about what it’s like living in this world, even when this world can feel like a lot.

I loved her since I saw her on Watch What Happens. She is witty, real and raw without being whiny. I love her voice and her laugh- I just feel optimism from her (even though she says people see her as a cynic:)I usually only listen to this kind of podcasts when I know the guest. This one, however, I listen to EVERY episode. Please keep going!
I really enjoy S.E.’s open and engaging personality. She’s a breath of fresh air. Her choice in guests is also perfect, as is her casual approach to drawing her guests out. Zero politics here, and i am here for it. Together we are stronger, and this podcast exemplifies this. Also love that she touches on mental health, which is a challenge for all, on some level.
I’ve been such a big fan of SE Cupp for over a decade now, and I’m so glad she has this platform to talk about mental health. Politics is one thing that absolutely sends me spiraling, so I often can’t watch her regular news content. This is perfect for me. The guests are interesting and relatable and SE is so charming and funny. I was also thrilled to learn that SE is writing a new book about mental health. As an avid reader with crippling anxiety, I will be first in line to buy it.
I’ve been a fan of S.E. Cupp for a while now, and hearing she was starting this podcast made my day! The first episode delivers. It feels like just chatting with friends about everything and anything under the sun when you need to just unwind with good company. From funny insightful stories, to candidly talking about mental health challenges, it’s a great conversation. I highly recommend!
