Mental Health · Mayim Bialik
by Mayim Bialik
Consciousness. Spontaneous healing. UAPs. Near Death Experiences. Manifestation. Psychic phenomena. Angels. Nothing is off limits if it can be approached with curiosity and rigor. MBB started as a conversation about mental health — and quickly became something much bigger. Because the deeper you go into what it means to be human, the faster you run into questions science hasn’t fully answered yet. Hosted by neuroscientist and cultural icon Mayim Bialik and spiritual explorer Jonathan Cohen, MBB is a multi-award-winning podcast where science and spirituality meet. Together they break down the assumptions, the misperceptions, and the boundaries between disciplines — and every breakdown is a breakthrough. This is where the biggest questions get taken seriously — and where you realize you’ve never been alone in asking them. Can the mind actually heal the body? Can quantum physics explain psychic phenomena? What do Near Death Experiences reveal about the nature of consciousness and the seat of the human soul? What if the only thing separating you from your own intuition - or even God - is the assumption that it’s out of reach? And if governments are publicly acknowledging the existence of UFOs, what does that mean for the future of humanity? These are the questions Mayim Bialik's Breakdown asks every week. Listening to David Williamson was a gift. I was struggling with feeling overwhelmed and frustrated with this life (I have since I was young), and so much he said was so relatable, and the fact that he became less angry helped me have hope that anger doesn't have to be the only way to move through this world.
Science and Spirituality is the healing modality of our present time — I love science although I am primarily a creative as a musician, writer; performer! They all feed each other. And quite obviously Mayim presents as both a scientist & a creative! This podcast is thorough, thoughtful, informative, entertaining and very engaging at multiple levels. I am intrigued by the many guests as well as Mayim’s insightful comments and questions. Thank you both for your intelligent presentation in a very crucial discussion at this moment in human evolution.
I can’t tell you how much this podcast has helped me navigate through a new found anxiety/panic disorder. Hearing you explain why things happen, helped me understand what was happening and why. After listening to a few, I’ve gone back to the very beginning. I remember Mayim from her Blossom days ♥️
First and foremost right now this is my absolute favorite podcast. The energy between Maya and Jonathan is absolutely fantastic. They have some really interesting guests and as soon as I found out, they speak about UAP’s/UFOs, as well as other paranormal events and subjects they caught me in their net like a butterfly. Thank you guys so much for all the time and work you put in to your show. The love really shows. I will be a fan for as long as you have the show running. You guys are so down to earth and I’m so accessible. And I really want to especially thank you for the affordable and kind sub subscription price. $1.99 is such a reasonable price, it’s a breath of fresh air. I respect the hell out of both of you and I’m sending much love your way. That being said, I believe there is a way to copy some type of link as a subscriber and paste it into the feed search bar in the podcast app. However, I don’t see any guidance or direction for how to do this. It would be very helpful if you would include this information, maybe at the bottom of your podcast description so that your listeners can easily navigate access to the ad free version. Thank you 🙏🏻🤷🏻♀️✡️ P.S. STOP leaving rude comments “listeners.” If you don’t enjoy her show, move on. 🙄 Mayim
Mayim Bialik presents a very one-sided view of Zionism that ignores the real human cost behind it. When you have a public platform, selective empathy isn’t harmless—it shapes how people understand ongoing suffering. I wish she used her voice with more honesty and accountability instead of simplifying something so complex.
