If you're new here I have NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) and I've been in therapy for the last 8 years learning how to deal with it and live a better life. From the start I've offered you the rare POV of a diagnosed narcissist but NOW I'm switching it up a little bit. I'm interviewing others that are dealing with their own mental health journeys and those that have dealt with toxic relationship dynamics as well. Please record a podcast explaining how a narcissistic parent treats a child. I would like to send it to both of my teenage daughters to help them understand who their dad is deep down. Hi Lee! I am on my journey to healing from a turbulent 13 year relationship with a narcissist and your podcasts have given me the realization that I’m not crazy and have been verbally/emotionally abused through these years.
