Welcome to the Mental Healness Podcast, hosted by yours truly, Lee Hammock. If you're new here I have NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) and I've been in therapy for the last 8 years learning how to deal with it and live a better life. From the start I've offered you the rare POV of a diagnosed narcissist but NOW I'm switching it up a little bit. I'm interviewing others that are dealing with their own mental health journeys and those that have dealt with toxic relationship dynamics as well. I'm still sharing my POV just sharing others as well. Collabs ✉ partnerships@mentalhealness.net

Hi Lee! I am on my journey to healing from a turbulent 13 year relationship with a narcissist and your podcasts have given me the realization that I’m not crazy and have been verbally/emotionally abused through these years. I would love to hear an episode on narcissist always thinking the grass is greener whether in relationships, jobs, or life in general! Thanks for your willingness to always be real!
Dear Lee , I am so proud of you and your courage to admit and speak the truth. Your podcast has been so helpful in understanding from a narcissist perspective. I am an empath and it has been so painful trying to understand the narcissist in my life. You have given me so much clarity and helped me to move on. Thank you!!!
Lee hits with those hard but necessary truths, and always with compassion. I really appreciate his very unique perspective, his willingness to be so vulnerable, and all the hard work I’m sure he’s had to do. It’s truly a gift to be able to get inside the head of someone with narcissistic traits ❤️
I don’t get the folks complaining that the show is just LH talking about himself like…that’s literally the entire plot of the podcast y’all. This beautiful man is doing us all the service of sharing his lived experience to help ease our suffering. He isn’t a therapist or a psychiatrist he’s a guy with NPD talking about it. There are other stellar options out there if you’re looking for a more academic or cerebral discussion of NPD abuse and recovery. Take what you like and leave the rest but leave my guy Lee alone thanks. Coming back a month later to deduct a star because the ads are out of control. I understand one or two per episode but I shouldn’t be expected to endure half a dozen intrusive ads over the span of a 14-minute podcast. It’s jarring and excessive and defeats from the quality of the content.
