There is something so true and amazing about sophia! I started off watching her ticktocks and then now I love her podcast. Her podcasts are short and sweet. Her words of wisdom from health and fitness, girlhood and relationship advice makes me just feel at ease. I enjoy being able to pick out what podcast to listen to based on the title and how I am feeling that day. Her energy is so easy for me to connect to and her beautiful soul shines through her advice and rants. I am an avid podcaster and this is one of my go to podcast to feel at ease and inspired!

Found her through tik tok over a year or 2 ago, and since then I have been a loyal pod listener. Shes so relatable and makes you feel like you’re just on the phone with a friend. Her topics are always interesting and she’s such a knowledgeable gal when it comes to everything women!! I’ve learned so much just by listening to her podcast every week. Definitely recommend:))
