Having jarring ads at the end when I’m relaxed and open is diabolical. I want you to make money, but going from mediation and lightness straight into HEY DO YOU WANT TO BUY THIS????? Is horrible. It not only makes me see your advertisers in a bad light, but approach every listen with trepidation. Please either read the ads yourself in a soft voice or keep them at the front. Thank you!!!
Love these morning meditations! I listen first thing to help me get present and regulated. Katie has such a soothing voice and the music empowers every word that’s spoken. I’m so thankful to have these guided meditations as a tool in my healing journey 💜
Meditation is sandwiched between ads that are loud and incredibly jarring, which for me defeats the purpose of meditating. The impacts to the nervous system of having someone basically yelling at you to buy something while you’re meditating is an obvious no. I get you need ads but there are so many ways to have ads on your show and it doesn’t need to be like this.
I really enjoy their soothing voice, and calming sounds in the background, really helps me ease into a hectic day. Thank You for creating this podcast and sharing your gifts with all.
I really enjoy these meditations, a ton, but the ads, especially at the end, when you might be dozing off are loud and jolting. It’s frustrating because you listen to fall asleep or to have a peaceful wake up and it’s not helpful. Please curate your ads to be peaceful parts of your show if you must use ads.
I love the idea of this podcast and I don’t even mind the ads in general, but the background music is distracting. I’ve been using a different meditating app and it’s so much more peaceful and focused.
