I just turn off the radio and Sirius noise and turn this on and let the wisdom of the rooms flow in. I’ve leaned on this podcast as long as its been around. The mix of topics is so great. But I am now begging the curators to try harder to balance the number of middle aged egomaniac white men with all the other voices in the world. At least balance the episodes 50/50 women - close to the population of the planet. I am skipping 90 percent of the episodes because i cant deal with the performative yelling men. Indeed I have talked to my sponsor and put this on the 4th step. But at the end of the day, I also have the courage to try to change the things I can. Please mix it up. Pull speakers from Atlantic Group podcast or Primetime or any other websites out there. New voices please!
