I’m used to have trouble falling asleep and it took me like an hour to fall asleep, but now when I’m listening to one of these stories it takes me less than 30 min to fall asleep.
This is the most unique sleep podcast. Interesting mix of stories and fun format. Creative to the max! She has a great way of setting the mood for sleep with dream like tales. The vibe of this podcast is everything!
