I’ve only recently started listening to relationship podcasts, and I came across these 3 therapists (they took over the podcast at the beginning of 2025). I’ve listened to approximately 20 of their shows so far, and it’s been better for me than previous in-person therapy and app-therapy (i.e. Liven). They are so honest and down-to-earth! It’s like listening to three friends discuss relationship issues in the healthiest way! They’ve really helped me feel understood and are helping me connect with myself so I can better connect with all my relationships (romantic, family, friendships, etc). I’m so glad I came across this podcast!
Started listening with most recent episodes and moving backwards. Good suggestions given in mostly layman’s vocabulary in mostly down to earth manner. I find one of the ladies a little overbearing - but not badly enough that I can’t listen . I can overlook her tone and subtle condescending manner because the suggestions and content are of good quality and helpful. Overall this podcast is quite helpful and I appreciate the hosts taking the time to put it together to offer their expertise to others for free.
Tools galore. Stories to help me picture those tools in action. Compassion at every turn. I’m new to this podcast, and thrilled by the treasure trove of information. The three hosts obviously have DEEP wells of knowledge, because they’re constantly referencing tools. But each episode has a primary message, so I leave with clear take aways. “Let them feel their feelings” or “Focus on my self-regulation to engage in strong partnership”. There’s a gorgeous balance of tuning into to know myself better, and then also striving to understand my spouse better. I also love the camaraderie amongst the three hosts. You get to see mutual respect modeled with every episode. Thank you!
I went looking for help with myself around relationship issues. Listening to your episodes has made me realize a lot about myself and ways to improve myself. I want to thank you for helping in such a big way.
