Rise and Run

by The RDMTeam

A Podcast for the runDisney community, Rise and Run is a group of friends united by their love of runDisney events. We discuss our experiences at Walt Disney World and other running events. We recognize the running achievements of our listeners, and frequently invite other members of the runDisney community to share their knowledge and experiences with us. Mostly, though, we're a group of Disney runners who love to have fun and want you to have as much fun as we do.

AJandErika · Mar 2026

Found this podcast a year ago and Bob and the gang have become part of my regular running practice, brining laughter, inspiration, insights, and a community that really supports anyone with training goals (helps if you love Disney parks too!)

Erica runs on fun · Sep 2025

I’m a huge fan of this podcast, as the group is such a lovely and caring one. They cover all aspects the Run Disney community, but not exclusively. I love it when they have Jeff Galloway on the show!

Rollem123 · Mar 2025

I’ve always thought I didn’t like podcasts because I never found one that I looked forward to or listened to regularly, until I found Rise and Run! I searched for a Disney specific podcast for marathon training and cycled through a few before landing here and I wish I had found it sooner! You guys have built a great community and I’m starting to feel like I belong too- excellent job and please keep it up!
