My name is Sher and it’s been almost 4 - 5 months since I have listened to your podcast and I am in love!
Personally I have been on a haunt for a podcast that really covers all things wellness for the girlies but I also really enjoy the special guests you invite on a few episodes. I have gained knowledge from them! I equally enjoy the solo ones too because you share such a unique and honest perspective. It starts my week of so right, filled with so much positivity and great energy! I become a better version of myself :) Thank you! I always look forward to your podcasts 🩷

Okay, I’ve been searching for a podcast that I can’t get enough of for at least 6 months. I’ve wanted to get into podcasts for over a year and just could not for the life of me find one that interest me in all aspects. I’m sooooo happy I found this one. When I see I’ve listened to 9 podcasts today alone. It’s given me so much motivation, inspiration and light heartedness. I feel so connected to someone that I’ve never met. I’m here to stay bestie!🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Siff is a ray of sunshine. She has amazing energy, and brings a variety of topics in a very engaging way , love the authenticity, structure and warmth that she brings to each episode . And you learn a lot in each episode! Especially her solo ones😊full of tips and practical examples.

Im a newer off again on again listener. I have found some amazing value on some of the episodes, but find that you could get a bit more specific with your guests. Have them give the specific product they are using not simply say “the viral gel face mask” some of us don’t know what that means. I’m sure you’re familiar with the skinny confidential him and her show and something Lauren Bostick does very well is ask her guests to be very specific on their routines or recommendations because the audience wants to know exact details. Other than that great podcast just could use a little improvement on that aspect.

I’m sorry, I’ve tried so long to like this podcast because for the most part they are entertaining, but I think I finally had enough. These tips are so snobby sometimes. You assume everyone has money like you do and it’s so un relatable. I wish I had enough money to worry about tailoring my clothes, thousands of dollar skincare, etc. I’m happy for you, but again this podcast is so unreadable to the average person

Loved the info on the podcasts, but the amount of ads on such a short podcast is insane.
