Trying Not To Die

by Jack Osbourne

Trying Not to Die is a bi-weekly video podcast hosted by Jack Osbourne and Ryan Drexler, where caffeine meets chaos and survival is the point. Expect unfiltered conversations, high-performance hot takes, and deep dives into aging, recovery, wellness, mental performance and everything we're doing to cheat death (or at least slow it down). From mad-scientist doctors and longevity junkies to artists, athletes, and off-beat thinkers, Jack and Ryan explore what it really takes to stay strong, sharp, and a little wild in your 20s, 30s, 40s, and beyond. This isn't a self-help show, it's a low-pressure hang with two curious minds, trying new things and asking the questions we all wonder but rarely say out loud. Powered by Cave Man Coffee.

What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Jack is a fantastic host and clearly awesome person. He has a certain inherent kindness that makes listening to him soothing like a good friend. There is wisdom and maturity there. Also, he understands social cues and how to have a conversation. He brings out the best in his guests. Conversely, Ryan Drexler is obnoxious, talks over and tries to one up the guests, and for reasons unknown has a huge ego. I’m sorry, I don’t like being so blunt but he’s just really unlikable. It sounds like he still needs to do more work on himself. If that involves learning humility, respecting the guests and understanding he’s the sidekick (Jack is the lead) I’m here for it. I think he comes from a place of deep insecurity and it’s hard to listen.
