The Terri Cole Show

by Terri Cole

The Terri Cole Show is where psychology meets real life. From boundaries, high-functioning codependency, and people-pleasing to attachment, family-of-origin wounds, self-worth, anxiety, and relationship dynamics, each episode is designed to help you connect the dots between what you learned in the past and how you're living today. You'll hear solo episodes, listener Q&As, and conversations with leading experts in psychology, relationships, wellness, and personal growth. Because when you understand why you think, feel, and behave the way you do, you have the power to make a different choice. Tune in to The Terri Cole Show and start creating more freedom, healthier relationships, and a life that thrills and fulfills you.

Terri, Thank you for sharing your expertise and insight with the world. Your work is so needed. I discovered you thru the Insight Timer meditation app and instantly felt drawn to learn more after listening to your meditations. I have followed you ever since and am a devoted listener of your podcasts. Your advice and application strategies have literally changed my life. My High Functioning Codependency is inching closer to remission and my Empathetic heart is finally learning to set loving boundaries. Thank you, again ✨ -Haley

I have been listening to your podcast on and off for a while and for some reason this single phrase from a recent podcast resonated deeply. I started to put up the boundaries in my life that were holding me back and it gave me the courage to book the trip to Italy that I only wished I could take and actually feel deserving of it!

You have helped me in so many different areas of my life. I love that you have journal prompts and download to read about the podcast topics. I found you through my Stepmom circle and I’m so thankful she had you as a guest, I relate to everything you talked about ! I’m so very thankful for you 💕

I recently listened to both Too Much and Boundary Boss. I’m a recovered alcoholic of 10 years sober and definitely an HFC and want to recover for myself and others I’m engaged with local counsel to begin deep diving into my basement to understand/process what is driving this compulsive behavior. Thanks to your books I already have a real good idea! Im in the process of creating my Zen Den 😏. In addition I was turned onto Yung Pueblo based on your Podcast interview with him and am current listening to his books. I appreciate you and your wisdom and straight talk! Life changing!!!
