The Ready State podcast is one of few that I have on frequent rotation. Not only does it provide valuable insights on fitness, health, and mobility, but it actually makes all of that interesting and digestible. It is filled with practical advice and knowledgeable guests. The complex topics presented are made extremely accessible and very entertaining!

I love how Kelly and Juliet bring current health and wellness to light in episodes and synthesize it for the lay person. They do a great job of selecting top notch professionals and not only cite current evidence but use their personal experience as therapists.
