I can’t express enough how much the sober motivation podcast means to me. It keeps me positive and motivated to stay sober and enjoy life. Thanks again Brad!!!!!!!

I love this podcast so much being in recovery myself! It has so much hope for the ones still struggling with their addiction especially to something that’s LEGAL! I should listen more often and hope to be able to share my journey more in depth with the world and help someone who has gone through it that’s close to me or someone I don’t know! I started drinking when I was 10! My grandpa passed away and that was like my dad and I found my coping mechanism for the time that turned into addiction and I would drink half gallons of liquor to myself in one night at 120lbs and eventually it turned into needing it daily to feel normal. I’ve gotten sober many times but now I’m sure it’s the time because I get no cravings and I love to hear about others journeys and what helped them get through the thick of it and are now thriving also!!

I started listening to the pod New Years Day 2024 and I quickly consumed every available episode. It’s now in my regular weekly rotation and it’s easily the best in the recovery pod space. Brad has such a great way with his guests and the stories brought to life in these episodes present an incredible range of emotions. The listener is taken on the weekly guest’s journey from their upbringing, into their experiences with alcohol and drugs and out the other side of addiction into their recovery. This is a must listen if you’re struggling, sober curious and / or sober and working your recovery. Thanks Brad! Keep up the amazing work, brotha! - @soberintahoe

Sober Motivation has been a constant source of strength on my sobriety journey. I listen most often on work trips—especially flights—where drinking alone once felt like an easy escape without judgment. Now, these stories remind me that I’m choosing something better. They help me face the routines and places I can’t simply avoid, and they show me that staying sober is possible, even when it’s hard. Brad brings out the heart in every guest, and their honesty keeps me grounded. This podcast isn’t just inspiring—it’s essential.
