What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I’ve been listening since pre-Covid right after my “diagnosis” A.K.A. finding a PA that would treat me for my ADHD symptoms. I’ve heard a lot of these suggestions presented in episode 317 previous episodes. However , this succinct little gift of “This is how we do it” (Montell Jordan playing in my head) was exactly what I needed after the completion of 3 dance recitals (15 hours of me at the venue) 2 5ks (hubby and 8 year old daughter) and 1 k (6 year old son and I) and a festival in a 2-day weekend. Can we say overbooked and very ungrounded. Sunday , June 1st, I did not have a handle on my mental health! I really felt not okay. I was wondering for a moment if I should go back up on my Lexipro. Then, I listened to your 317th show and turned it around! I’m organized, I’ve started my training program for a half marathon 12 weeks away, my house is relatively clean, my summer is planned and I just ran 3.5 miles. I’m going to Synagogue this Saturday and sticking to at least monthly attendance! I’m feeling so much better. I know where I’m at, where I’m going and how I’m going to get there. Thanks for the streamlined motivation and direction! I owe you my sanity! Love you so much Kristen!

This podcast has been the validation and information I have needed since receiving my ADHD diagnosis last year. Just understanding what the symptoms are and how they manifest has allowed me to better connect with everyone around me. I am so thankful for this podcast. It is helping me make positive changes in my life. Thank you, Kristen for your hard work and passion for helping others by sharing your experiences with us.

I stumbled across this podcast recently and cannot get enough. The insights and wisdom that is offered is fantastic. For those who are new to a diagnosis or for those who are well into their journey, this is the right podcast for you. The segments are fantastic. The sponsors are great, the resources are really good. I suppose if I had to put in any cons to the podcast I would say the host says the word like a lot and that can get a bit repetitious. But honestly, this is one of the best podcasts I’ve heard and believe me I’ve heard many of them on the topic.
