What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

This is the best podcast I’ve ever heard on the topic of anxiety. When I feel anxious I hear Kimberley’s voice in my head reminding me that “today is a beautiful day to do hard things!” Overcoming anxiety isn’t easy, but it IS possible! Start here with Kimberley!

ErinA2020 · Jul 2026

She knows exactly how to unscramble my GAD/agoraphobia. Highly recommended

Cleosdoc · Jul 2026

I really want to like this podcast, but the production is really distracting. The intro music is WAY too loud and makes it impossible to hear what Kimberly is saying. It also seems like the ad breaks are automatically put into the middle of every episode, which sucks because sometimes that means they’re crashing into the middle of a meditation! It feels really disruptive and gross to have your meditative state broken for an ad. The interviews could also use some cleaning up for clarity and ease of listening. Good content, will try to keep listening, but the production makes it hard.

This podcast is an invaluable resource for anyone with an anxious mind or OCD. Each episode is filled with powerful information and practical skills that help you create massive progress with your mental health on a moment-to-moment basis. Thank you, Kimberley for your huge heart and your life-changing work! 🤍
