UnF*ck Your Brain: Feminist Self-Help for Everyone

by Kara Loewentheil

UnF*ck Your Brain: Feminist Self-Help for Everyone breaks down the centuries of sexist socialization that causes us to struggle with self-doubt, burnout, and anxiety. Hosted by Master Feminist Coach Kara Loewentheil, J.D., founder of The School of New Feminist Thought and author of Take Back Your Brain (Penguin 2024), each episode teaches you how to turn down the noise of societal expectations, turn up the volume on what YOU really want in life, and change your thinking to make sure you go get it. This podcast is an essential resource for anyone eager to embrace a life free from limiting beliefs and societal constraints. If you ever find yourself asking questions like… *Why am I so anxious about stuff that isn’t a big deal? *How can I stop overthinking everything? *Am I selfish for wanting my life to look different? *Will I ever feel comfortable in my body? *Am I a bad parent? *How can I ask for more money at work? *Can I stop people-pleasing? *How can my partner and I communicate better? … then you won’t want to miss an episode. What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

Love the podcast, love the book, love her coaching program. I send this podcast to so many women. If I could only have one podcast on an island for the rest of my life it’s this one. Thanks Kara

Emhogs · Mar 2025

Kara’s podcast has helped me so much the past couple years. The thought work I’ve learned here has proved invaluable. I am truly grateful!

knk07 · Feb 2025

My favorite part of this podcast is how relatable Kara is. Kara’s latest episode is one of those rare gems that makes you stop and rethink how I’ve been handling disagreements. The big takeaway? Conflict doesn’t have to end in agreement. Honestly, that one hit me hard. I highly recommend Kara’s podcast.

erindavis09 · Jan 2025

Kara is brilliant, I’ve been following her on IG for years and recently have binged her podcast. This is a must listen for anyone who is working to shift their mindset and let go of society nonsense that is messing with their brain ❤️

Lucy M.P · Aug 2024

This used to be a very helpful podcast, but now it’s just marketing for her new business and asking people to sign up for something or buy a book. I understand that she needs to monetize the podcast, but I wish there was a variety of ways for those of us who don’t want to purchase the whole program.

Lindsay Margaret · Mar 2024

I listened to this podcast on my walks and learned some great things. It began to become a little more like click bait/ advertising. You think your listening and will find out ways to help yourself but it’s more so asking if you identify with xyz- then telling you to buy the book, course, or special membership/club. The first several minutes are her just telling you all the great success she’s had with her business, book, wedding planning, etc. Unfollowing after many years.
