Every episode is raw, unfiltered, and deeply human. It reminds us not to wait to say the important things, but to speak them today, with love and kindness.

This podcast is everything I’ve always admired about Kris. He is honest, reflective, unfiltered, and full of grace. He has a rare ability to turn even the most difficult truths into something profoundly human and beautiful. Listening to him “die out loud” is a masterclass in how to truly live.
I’m endlessly proud to know him and grateful that others now get to learn from his voice, his story, and his heart.
