This is a great podcast and the information has been super helpful! The only thing I would mention is that the microphones that are used really enunciate the “s” to the point I have to turn some of them off because it really distracts me from the valuable information trying to be shared! I have tried turning the treble down and listen but some sound engineering could be super helpful.
I mean this in a kind way…it would be awesome if Tana didn’t interrupt Dr. Amen or the guest when they are speaking so much. I know she is really excited to share her experience to help others, it just would be so much easier to listen to if the interruptions were minimized and others have the ability to fully convey what they are communicating at that time. This podcast provides so much actionable insight and awareness behind how we see the brain and the correlation it has with every aspect of life.
I’m so glad I came across this podcast with Dr Amen and Tana Amen . I have learned so much about the brain and mind and love hearing your stories and authenticity in them. I have also laughed and find myself taking notes as I learn . In many levels, I relate. Thank you thank you for educating us and sharing knowledge with us . Super grateful !
So much practical and applicable knowledge. Such a wonderful blend of insight and research for physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional health. I always learn something new and useful, that has a positive impact in my life. Thank you for all you do.🥰
The relationship podcast was disappointing. There is a super saturation of relationship podcasts out there so this episode seemed rushed and thrown together in a superficial way, lacking depth that the topic easily lends itself to. Moreover it didn’t bring anything new to the conversation at all. Each point made could have been its own episode with the opportunity to delve in, site research and even bring on guests. I was hoping for more from a couple with such knowledge and valuable insights. :/
I’m torn about this podcast. I listened to many episodes, but as informative and interesting as they are, I feel very turned off by Tana’s interruptions while Dr. Amen or other guests are trying to make a point. Please, control yourself and let the listeners listen to the information. It’s the reason why we turn on to your podcast in the first place. We want to learn, but it’s impossible with the constant interruptions. And while she overtakes the interview, Dr. Daniel speaks too softly, so sometimes we can’t get his input at all.
