I’m a fifteen + year long insomniac and there isn’t much I haven’t tried. I subscribed to Scooter soon after he started out and loved it. There were a couple of themes I didn’t enjoy so branched out into meditations, boring audible books and then on to brown pink and white sounds and many more. All the time comparing the effectivness of switching off my thoughts and exited to Scooters Sleep with Me and Sleep to Strange. Not sure what took me so long to return but I I am back again to the ultimate sleep space and podcast. It really is like no other. Glad to be back. Thanks Scooter for this one in a million sleep podcast 🙏
