This “podcast” is what I need right now. It’s an easy way for me to slow down and stop for a few minutes and ground myself through my breathing. No adds (yet?). She gets quickly to the breathing part. Easy to follow. Short exercise that I can do almost anytime. Give it a try and see if it helps you ground for a few minutes! I did for me.

Charlottes voice and the background music is so soothing , and the short meditation /breath work is perfect. I would love if you could offer a 15 minute reset at some point , but I get that for most of us , we need that 5 minute reset. Big Thanks - this was great!
